Personal Data Processing Consent

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. To whom the consent is given

I, a user of the website discomagic.ru (the "Site"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Sergey Aleksandrovich Vorobiev (a private individual, the "Operator", contact: admin@discomagic.ru) to process my personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

2. Purposes of processing

registration, sign-in (including via VK ID), session maintenance and access recovery;
replying to messages sent through the "Contact" and "Suggest an idea" forms;
publishing my content: comments, Club chat messages, reactions, playlists, ideas; handling reports and moderation;
counting visitors and chat participants online;
counting listens, downloads and article views;
on-site notifications and, if I enable them separately in settings, reply emails and the new-track digest;
publishing the supporters list and awarding the "Patron" badge if I make a donation;
protecting the Site and accounts from attacks, spam and password guessing;
measuring traffic with Yandex.Metrica, only with separate consent in the cookie banner;
complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Scope of personal data

name or nickname, email, password hash; when signing in with VK ID: VK identifier, email, first and last name;
optionally: avatar colour, short bio, notification settings, digest frequency and time zone;
the text of my comments, messages, reactions, playlists, requests and ideas, their date and Site section;
for a donation: the name entered in Donation Alerts, amount, message, date;
IP address, User-Agent, referer, technical headers, session identifier, anonymous device identifier (cookie dm_cid), country derived from the IP address;
email delivery information and the versions of the documents I agreed to;
when Yandex.Metrica is enabled: visitor identifiers in cookies, navigation, clicks and session replay.

Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

4. Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in section 5, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.

5. Processors engaged by the Operator

HostiMan LLC: hosting and email delivery;
YANDEX LLC: Yandex.Metrica, only after consent in the cookie banner;
Yandex.Cloud LLC: Yandex SmartCaptcha when forms are submitted;
V Kontakte LLC: VK ID, only if I sign in with VK;
Donation Alerts: receiving donations, only if I support the project financially.

All of them are located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.

6. Term

The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until withdrawal. Retention periods by data category are listed in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Withdrawal

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by:

deleting the account in profile settings;
switching off reply emails or the digest in settings or via the "Unsubscribe" link in an email; this does not affect account security emails;
writing to admin@discomagic.ru with the subject "Withdrawal of personal data consent".

After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the personal data, except where the law requires longer retention (for example, the consent log). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

8. Confirmation

By ticking the checkbox in a Site form or pressing the VK ID sign-in button I confirm that I am at least 16 years old or act with the consent of my legal guardian, that I have read the Privacy Policy, understand the purposes, scope and terms of processing, and give this consent voluntarily.
